Salesforce integrated dynamic lead form
The Admissions team over at Rochester had a challenging request for us. They needed to create a lead generation form with some very specific requirements. They needed the form to
- Integrate with Salesforce
- Not be a subscription or 3rd party service
- Live in a pop up over certain pages on the site
- Only display to people who have not seen it before
- Be responsive and mobile friendly
- Have multiple steps
- Saves your progress as you click continue
- Display personalized responses based on the users input and selections in the steps
- Send the user an email summary of their form with the personalized response
The lead form was a success and immediately started providing the Rochester Admissions team with qualified leads. By creating a personalized form that used dynamic data to respond to the user, the Admissions team had essentially already made a trusted connection with the potential students before they reached out to schedule a meeting.
